A InBrunch.com is a unique online platform that allows its members to book seats and invite guests to attend events at our partner venues.
Q Is there a difference between pre-purchasing on InBrunch.com and direct reservation with the venue?
A We have worked hard to establish strong relationships with our partner venues, so you should get the best price when you purchase through InBrunch. There will be no price fluctuation when you arrive at the venue. A lot of times, you will also enjoy special combination deals only available through InBrunch.
Q What happens when all requirements are met and entrance is not allowed when the event takes place?
A In the unlikely event that you follow all the terms and conditions and are not permitted entry to the venue, InBrunch will issue a full refund. Refunds will be credited using the same mode of payment you used to purchase your event.
Q Does my reservation through InBrunch ensure my admission into the venue or event?
A InBrunch has direct agreements with the venues using our platform to promote their events. As long as you adhere to the terms and conditions stated by the venue and the individual events, your admission is guaranteed at the event. In the unlikely event the admission is not allowed by the venue when the terms and conditions are followed, a complete refund will be issued. Refunds are done using the same mode as the payment was made.
Q What if all the seats are sold out before my group fully is confirmed?
A Our partner venues offer us a limited number of seats at special rates and these are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. We can only confirm your guests attendance once they have paid for their booking. In the event all seats are sold out, we will endeavor to request additional seats to accommodate your group, but this is dependent on availability and approval from our partner venue.
Q How will the charge appear on the bill?
A The charge will appear as Dinetech FZ LLC.
Q Is it possible to make payments using international credit cards?
A Yes, there will not be any issue in using international credit cards as long as they are Master Card or Visa, and a copy of the card holders ID is provided.
Q Are there any hidden costs here?
A There are no hidden charges while doing transactions on our website. All charges will be mentioned while making the purchases on the website.
Q What is your InBrunch refund policy?
A Should you choose to cancel your booking 72 hours before the event, you will be afforded a ONE time opportunity to change the date for the event at the originally specified venue.
Q Do I need to bring a printed confirmation?
A Not really as your name will appear on the venues guestlist. You might require an Identity card (Passport Copy/ Emirates ID / Driving License) to get the entry.
Q Where can we offer feedback for attended events?

Q How will my reservation or booking be delivered to me?
A Your booking confirmation with order details are emailed to the registered email address in the system. InBrunch is a service and not a product. Event booking confirmations will be emailed to you as soon as you complete the payment formalities through our online payment gateway.
Q Can I reserve a seat for someone as a Gift?
A Yes you can, you can even create an Event and provide that person with permission to invite other friends!
Q Are there any additional charges for Refunds or Cancellations?
A Yes, there is a processing fee of 5AED per package purchased for any refund or cancellation agreed to by InBrunch.
Q Is InBrunch a VAT registered business in the United Arab Emirates?
A Yes, InBrunch operating under the trade license Dinetech FZ LLC is a VAT registered with the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates. The TRN number is 100063896300003.
